Dress from Nichii

This dress I bought on the 16th January , Chinese New Year dress . Worn once on the first day of New Year .

One day , after cleaning it , I ironed and to my surprise I burned it and it left with a hole there . I got a shocked , I was so sad , immediately I showed my sister , at that time she was wachtching TV and she don't even have the feeling of shocked , she just laugh at my reaction . She did help me to solve this problem . I have been thinking about my dress everyday , feeling so sad everday and night .

We checked through the dress , it isn't any Care Instruction . My sister told me I might want to try to go back there because it's their fault that they do not direct the consumer what Do's and Don'ts . So I was thinking to try my luck to go back to the outlet and ask them about it . By right every dress should have a Care Instuction and futhermore it's Nichii . Me and my sister even plan what are the conversation and the words to use to explain to the shop manager how this happen and wanted them to responsible for it . We want to fight for our right , and hope to get a exchange . My sister even asked her friend who studied LAW .

The day , me and my sister meet up in KL , Nichii at Time Square . We entered the store and feeling a little uneasy, nervous too . We saw a lady we asked her about the dress , why they do not have the Care Instruction . The lady just pointed a guy who is the Store Manager there. So here we start to explained to him . We were thinking that maybe 70 % they will not responsible for this . I bought it in 16 th Jan 2009 and I went there on the 7th Feb and it's like more then 3 days as their policy it's changing withnin 3 days of purchase .

So me and my sister asked him for explanation , he did apologized to us that it's their mistake that they do not have the Care Instruction . To my surprised it took us less then 10mins for us to explained , without hesitate he change for me the dress and he did apologized and he also said thanks to me and hope I will come back in future .

Definately I will go back in future just for his apologized and great service .

Seoul garden - Papa Birthday

This year Me and Papa only celebrate his birthday , Sis and Mom in KL . So I have plan so long to bring Papa to Seould Garden . Papa like it very much . He said it's kind of worth because it Buffet style , we can eat as many ask we can . We went there at about 1.30pm and finish at about 3.30 m .

ZEN strawberry cheese cake

The other day when ZEN had their anniversary , they had this BUy 1 free 1 cake . Luckily it wasn't me who queue up for the cake . I asked my staff to line up for me early in the morning , it took her half and hour .

Me and my friend shared , so we have 1 cake each of us . She bought the Chocolate cake and mine is this Strawberry cheese cake .

It's been so long kept in the store room ., finally I found you and you need to take a bath now!!!

Today is the 3rd day , and I am still waiting ....

Supposedly today is the 3rd day I am in Bangkok , due to the Bangkok airport closure I am still in my country . Why am I still here !!!!!! I am so pissed off because of the Airport closure , it ruin my long long planned trip , this is my first time bringing my family for a holiday and this happened . I can't afford to wait any more I don't have much time as I still have other work to do . Not only me but my family also . Our free days are all different , it's really difficult for us to get the same day free at the same time .

I have been following the news very often , just a few hours ago , they have annouced that the airport will be opening soon but it's only for the cargo . Even it's open they still need a few days to examine the assets inside and outside the airport to check if there was any damage and also to remove the garbages from the area. ** Finger crossed ** Hope I can go there by next week the latest or else I really do not know when will be the best time .
