Dress from Nichii

This dress I bought on the 16th January , Chinese New Year dress . Worn once on the first day of New Year .

One day , after cleaning it , I ironed and to my surprise I burned it and it left with a hole there . I got a shocked , I was so sad , immediately I showed my sister , at that time she was wachtching TV and she don't even have the feeling of shocked , she just laugh at my reaction . She did help me to solve this problem . I have been thinking about my dress everyday , feeling so sad everday and night .

We checked through the dress , it isn't any Care Instruction . My sister told me I might want to try to go back there because it's their fault that they do not direct the consumer what Do's and Don'ts . So I was thinking to try my luck to go back to the outlet and ask them about it . By right every dress should have a Care Instuction and futhermore it's Nichii . Me and my sister even plan what are the conversation and the words to use to explain to the shop manager how this happen and wanted them to responsible for it . We want to fight for our right , and hope to get a exchange . My sister even asked her friend who studied LAW .

The day , me and my sister meet up in KL , Nichii at Time Square . We entered the store and feeling a little uneasy, nervous too . We saw a lady we asked her about the dress , why they do not have the Care Instruction . The lady just pointed a guy who is the Store Manager there. So here we start to explained to him . We were thinking that maybe 70 % they will not responsible for this . I bought it in 16 th Jan 2009 and I went there on the 7th Feb and it's like more then 3 days as their policy it's changing withnin 3 days of purchase .

So me and my sister asked him for explanation , he did apologized to us that it's their mistake that they do not have the Care Instruction . To my surprised it took us less then 10mins for us to explained , without hesitate he change for me the dress and he did apologized and he also said thanks to me and hope I will come back in future .

Definately I will go back in future just for his apologized and great service .
